My 15 years experience from leadership positions in blue chip companies and non-profit organizations, help me relate to people challenge and career challenges.

As a coach, I am empathetic, challenging and motivating. I’m passionate about helping my clients reach success, as defined by them.

My own journey through a chronic stress diagnosis has given me insight into the challenges of balancing work and personal life and useful tools to change behaviors.

From my career in brand building and business picks me valuable insights into how we can plan and organize our lives. If there is something successful brands do well, it is that uncompromising focus on what they are good at – something we can all learn a lot from.

A Swedish native, I have spent 15 years working in Italy, the UK and Australia. It gives me a valuable perspective, an opportunity to challenge societal norms and different recorder as a coach.

My offer

I offer packages of 3, 6 or 10 coaching sessions.

The first consultation is always free of charge.

Step 1: Consultation to discuss your situation today and your aim with the coaching Step 2: Coaching calls every to every 3rd week using FaceTime, Teams or over the phone. We work with new tools and exercises every time. Sometimes there is an assignment to complete at home. We end every session with a clear next step and reflection.

Step 3: To end the program we review the results and progress we have made and the lessons learnt. We discuss how to maintain the new postitive behaviours and agree on possible check-ins and follow ups.
